Can I cancel my order?

All of our items are printed to order so we only allow cancellations until the order has begun fulfillment. If you ordered an item and it has started fulfillment or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if the order is misprinted, the wrong color, or damaged in some way -prior to being washed or worn - reach out to us at info@bygracealonedesignco.com! Any incorrect or misprinted items will be yours to keep!*

When will my order arrive? Can I track my order?

For US customers:

Your order should ship between 2-5 business days after you place your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking, once your order is on its way. Your order should arrive between 5-10 business days. If you order during a holiday season, expect a 8-15 day arrival time. We try to ship all orders as quickly as we can, but unexpected delays can happen.

For customers outside the US:

Your order should ship between 2-5 business days after you place your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking, once your order is on its way. Your order may arrive several weeks after shipment confirmation. If you order during a US holiday season, please plan for a longer shipping time.

The item I received is incorrect or damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry! We will replace all damaged and/or incorrect items up to 25 days after the delivery confirmation date, if it falls outside what our POD company deems as acceptable. Please send us an email with a brief explanation and we will reply with any further details we need, such as additional pictures. Once we have what we need, we will get your replacement to you ASAP!

My order was lost. What do I do?

We are so sorry! If your order hasn't arrived on time, please wait 48 hours, packages will usually arrive. The carrier should be able to help you track it, if needed. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international orders.

If your order is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will send you a new order, but you must let us know within 30 days via email. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace it.

We don't replace orders due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout. Our email is support@bygracealonedesignco.com.

What are the costs of shipping?

Flat rate shipping for orders under $75 are $5.49 for US residents. Shipping is free on orders over $75 for US customers.

Flat rate shipping for orders going to Canada will cost around $10.49. We are not responsible for customs costs or any additional charges during shipment.

Who is responsible for duties/taxes for imports?

We are not responsible for the costs of duties or additional taxes/fees charged at the time of delivery or for customs. These costs can be quite expensive and random for some countries, so please do your research before you get charged unexpectedly!

Do you accept custom designs?

We do not offer/accept design customizations on our products.

However, if you wish to have one of our designs featured on another item we sell, let us know! We might be able to make it happen!

Do you have a physical location I can visit?

We do not currently have a physical shop. However, if the Lord is willing and provides a way, we plan to have a physical shop in the distant future. But we need people like you to further awareness of our shop to help it grow and be fruitful.
